Make sure you have the following before you start to transacting with Myinfo business
Person
Are one of the following residents who possess a valid Singpass account:
- Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents; or
- Passholders (Employment Pass, EntrePass, S Pass, Dependant’s Pass, Long Term Visit Pass-Plus, Long Term Visit Pass, Work Permit, Student Pass, Immigration Exemption Order holders). For more information, please refer to the instructional guide.
Entity
Have been assigned to use the service:
- Singapore residents with a valid Singpass account that is tied to a valid Unique Entity Number (UEN).
- Assigned to transact with 'Myinfo business' in Corppass.
